Between Variety Vintage Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Wedding Couples Effective Date: 21st September 2021

1. Introduction

Welcome to www.planawedding.in, a wedding tech platform managed by Variety Vintage Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided on www.planawedding.in ("Platform") and form a binding agreement between you, the wedding couple ("User", "you", or "your"), and the Company.

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services Provided

The Platform offers various tools and services to assist wedding couples in planning their wedding, including but not limited to:

• Creating model wedding essentials requirements
• Creating model budgets
• Connecting with wedding planners or vendors
• Managing guest lists
• Managing to-do lists

3. Use of Platform

The Platform is free to use for wedding couples to manage their wedding effectively. All wedding planners and vendors listed on the Platform are registered with us. However, we advise wedding couples to conduct their due diligence before hiring any wedding planner or vendor.

4. Due Diligence

Before hiring wedding planners or vendors, we strongly recommend that wedding couples:

• Meet with the wedding planners or vendors at their premises.
• Attend any weddings they have managed.
• Talk to existing clients of the wedding planners or vendors.

5. Payments

Making payments to wedding planners or vendors is the sole responsibility of the wedding couples.
The Company is not responsible for any payment-related issues or concerns that may arise between the wedding couples and the wedding planners or vendors.

6. Liability

The Company acts solely as a bridge between wedding couples and wedding planners or vendors. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any wedding planner or vendor listed on the Platform. The Company is not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages that may arise from the engagement or use of any wedding planner or vendor by the wedding couples.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
